The prices for the rental are per week, prices can be dependent on the number of people and the season renting.
All rates are British Pound Sterling, other currency is accepted at the given exchange rate.

Deposit is 20% of the rental and a security fee is required at £175 which is refundable providing there is
no damage to the property.
No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking.
